Our sea moss capsules contain organic chondrus chrispus powder or Irish seamoss. Each capsule contains 100% Irish seamoss.

Seamoss is great for skin, joint and overall health. Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals our body needs to function. Some of these minerals include: Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Iodine, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B9 and much more.
