Directions for use:
Spray onto the bottom of your feet every day (this is the best and quickest way to absorb it), or spray your entire body paying particular attention to any sore muscle areas. Let air dry for best results.

For headaches/migraines: Spray Magnesium Oil Spray onto your palm, then rub onto your forehead, temples and back of your neck. Do not spray directly onto your face. Avoid your eyes & mouth.

For stomach aches/intestinal upset/constipation: Spray onto your lower stomach area.

Please note: Because of the high magnesium content, tingly/itchy sensation may occur if you are magnesium deficient. Start with only using it on your feet, and then gradually work up to spraying it on your body.
